Bruno committed to a certain number of jobs, but as soon as he got paid for the main job, nothing else was to be obtained from him:
- he said he would remove the old antennas and spread Pacqo P30 over the areas they were standing on and never did it,
- he promised a 10 year warranty but never sent in the documents - the 10 years were kind of starting on the wrong foot, since Bruno didn't even go back to take down the antennas and spread product over.
Other negative elements:
- he lied, pretending they were 5 when in fact they were only 2 all day,
- he initially quoted us for $1,400, which was supposed to include the material rental but we ended up having to pay for the material rental,
- he also initially rented the wrong piece of equipment and we had to pay for the delivery of he equipment and he never paid us back.
I would not recommend him. The technic is fairly simple and there shouldn't.
